Anything Mickey Mouse is an instant hitHard to believe our little Makenna girl turned 3! We started off the day at soccer games, and for September the day was REALLY hot and warm. (can you tell by the sweaty kids??!)
We let Makenna pick our lunch, and she wanted happy pancakes from Shari's, which was a pretty good choice considering it was a 'kids eat free' Saturday! After lunch we came home and wrapped presents, played outside, and frosted cupcakes. Grandpa and Grandma came over and we opened presents. It was a low key day that was fun cause we spent it as a family. Hard to believe that we've had this little girl with us for 3 years, she is such a joy to our family!

Some things we LOVE about Makenna:
- She is quite a hoarder. She LOVES her mickey's, little people house, my little ponies, polly pockets...well really any little thing she can carry around
- She LOVES to dress up; in fact it's hard to get her to get into normal everyday clothes
- her little deep voice
- She LOVES to sing and dance with her favorites being: Popular from Wicked, Best of Both Worlds from Hannah Montana, 'Loathing' Wicked, and So What by Pink
- She still does NOT love fruit. She wants to. She really does. But it's a no go
- She still LOVES her 'tay-o-do's' and she still twirls hair
- Makenna-isms: 'If I eat my dinner "DA DEN" I get a cookie? (DA-DEN=and then)
