Where have the last 6 years gone?
Brayden celebrated his sixth birthday Monday. He was pretty sure that it was a holiday and daddy got to stay home just cause it was his birthday...he wasn't buying the Memorial day stuff!! We had a good day. We went bowling (and I forgot my camera!!) then we went to lunch at Red Robin. We came home and Brayden tried out his new 3D chalk from Grandpa and Grandma with Maggie (which really works, btw, it was pretty cool!) He was totally spoiled and got lots of transformers, legos, nerf stuff, some dinosaur magnet blocks, and some Skechker's Z straps (yes, he asked for shoes for his birthday). He was VERY happy with all of his spoils. It is hard to believe that six years have gone by...where did this kid that is all leg come from? We are so glad to have him in our family, and we are constantly amazed at the things that he is learning. In his six years he has learned to walk, talk, play, read, write, be a good big brother, and a good all around kid. We love you Brayden!

Happy Birthday Brayden! It's so strange to think that when we first met he was only 4 months old! Can't wait to see you NEXT MONTH and the next month and the next month, well you get the picture!!
Happy Birthday. I looks like he got a lot of good presents to keep him busy this summer.
i love how "boy" all of those presents are! we went to a little boy's birthday party the other day and i just stared blankly at the boy aisle at target trying to pick out a present for about 10 minutes before i finally asked a mom who was standing there to pick one for me.
