We are so happy that we had my brother (Tio) and his wife (Dominique) come and visit last weekend. We had a lot of fun, and the kids LOVED having them here to cater to their every whim! We managed to keep ourselves busy, with dental visits for them on Friday and dinner at the Cheesecake factory later. Saturday we braved the snow and went tubing at the local ski bowl resort. We had tons of fun...Audri only got out of the tube to go to the bathroom. After making a run down the hill, she would then be towed back up by Dad or Tio (it's nice being a princess). Brayden like tubing too, but had just as much fun filling the tube up with snow as he did sitting in it and going down the hill. Makenna was too small to go down, but she had fun being pulled around. After tubing we decided to draw names and shop for each other at the local Goodwill store. Jeremy ended up with an awesome traffic vest from Audri, Brayden made off with a pair of suspenders from Tio, Audri got a cute skirt from Dominique, and Tio and Dominique got some pretty cool sunnies and lacy/leather vest respectively. We also managed to play plenty of Wii. To the outsider, if you saw us playing Guitar Hero, Dance Dance Revolution, and Karaoke , you'd think we were a family with lots of musical talent...but alas...SOME of us are a bit rhythmically challenged (ok, it was really just me and Tyler, but we did good on one or two of those games, just not all three). It was quite the party over here! We're so glad that Tio and Dominique could come visit, and we miss them tons already. Thanks for a great weekend! Dominique did such a good job of taking pics, here are LOTS of them. I just couldn't decide-Enjoy!

looks like a fun weekend. fun idea with the shopping idea... but what are 'sunnies'??? you've got me stumped.
The tubing looks like fun. I have to get creative with all this snow that has been staring at me since November.
Sunnies=Sunglasses, as they say in australia according to Steve Irwin and The Wiggles.
