Now that a week has passed to come down from the sugar high, here are some highlights of our Halloween:- Brayden as Optimus Prime
- Audri as Violet Incredible
- Makenna as our very own, very cute lady bug
- Brayden coming home with a big bag of treats/candy from school.
- Going to Audri's Preschool Harvest Party
- Eating Donuts from a string
- Walking on stilts
- Putting hands in ooblek
- Brayden and Audri coming home from Audri's party with their own bags of treats/candy
- Eating a sucker with the wrapper still on
- Getting yet another bag of candy/treats trick or treating
- Handing out candy (my job)
- The set of 16 month old twins that came trick or
treating dressed as penguins. (so cute cause they were new walkers and waddled like I imagine a trick or treating penguin would!)

i miss those stilts! that made me want to make some... however i have no idea how! chrissy????
I would think that if you got a sturdy bucket and drilled holes in the sides and then string a rope through- long enough for handles...that should work...how are you with a drill?!?
I'm probably too late and neither of you will see this but my grandpa used to make those stilts for us by using large cans like the ones Hunts Spaghetti Sauce come in. He would then use a hammer and large nail to poke holes in each side and run a large string through it...always careful to tie the knot on the inside of the can so that all of his picky little granddaughters thought they looked nice.
